Monyaress community is a fitness community created by Yollanda Musa
“Monyaress” is a word inspired by my native tongue Shona (spoken in Zimabwe). Monyaress represents a strong woman on a mission to meet her fitness goals. She is strong, she is tough and beneath that tough exterior she is an empress.
Monyaress community is a fitness community where I hope you will feel inspired and motivated. There will be monthly fitness challenges you can try out. I will share fitness videos and tips on the website and social media platforms.
The services I offer are as follows:
Virtual group workout sessions:
The group workout sessions currently take place virtually so you can workout from the comfort of your home. The sessions are guided so I will workout with you and give you guidance throughout.
Sessions are currently scheduled to take place Monday to Friday from 12.30-1.30pm and Monday to Thursday from 6pm-7pm.
The exercises can be done with little or no equipment. I also recommend equipment to purchase should you wish to advance your workout.
The group sessions are mixed level. So from beginner to advanced. During the guided workout, I offer a variation to the exercise for beginners to advanced so you can choose which level you are comfortable to start with and advance to the next level when you are ready.
One to one sessions
I also offer one to one sessions. These are done virtually but guided so I will workout with you and support you throughout the routine.
This option is more suitable for someone with varying availability and wants some flexibility with their workout routine.
We will discuss your fitness goals and availability to determine the best schedule for your one to one sessions.
