I am a Mum, a Pilates teacher, a motivator, and an all-round fitness enthusiast. I am known for my fun, smiley, inspiring, and vibrant demeanor.
I am here to support you through your fitness journey. I have a range of classes suitable for beginners right through to the more advanced trainer. My classes are a representation of me – they are fun but at the same time challenging and geared towards delivering results.
Mat Pilates is a form of mat-based exercise that focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body. With over 500 exercises at our disposal and modifications for all ages and levels of fitness, it is an excellent and convenient way to train the entire body. Its low impact nature lends itself to a wide audience and requires just a mat!
Pilates yields benefit not just for the body, but also for the mind and spirit. Not only does it visibly improve balance, posture, and coordination it also helps with improving one’s focus, stress management, and injury prevention.
So from the sedentary office worker to the everyday athlete, we can all benefit by adding a couple of Pilates sessions a week for a better, more comfortable, and active week!
