Black Pound Day Limited charges a 10% commission fee on each item or services sold through the marketplace in exchange for providing my business with access to the marketplace.

Black Pound Day will act as my business’ agent for any payments.

Black Pound Day will pay you within fourteen (14) days of your request for payment.

Black Pound Day is not a representative for my business in any other respect.

I have read and understood the provision of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and will provide goods and services to buyers in accordance with these rights.

I have read the Black Pound Day Privacy Policy.
