For me, a great workout is one with a great playlist, high energy, you push yourself and at the end you feel 10 times better than when you started.
Born out of lockdown, the BODIED BY XO community has brought together women from all over the world and all walks of life together to train, motivate and uplift each other and the results, both mental and physical have been amazing.
For just £15 a month, you have access to 10-12 classes a week with myself, plus other amazing guest trainers all for less than 50p a class. Every session, we will be training with you and doing every rep with you.
The BODIED BY XO membership is designed for all abilities, the main thing is that you show up and work hard. Whether you are a busy professional, a mum, a beginner or advanced trainer, the membership provides effective workouts to fit into your busy schedule.
Our classes range from HIIT, Resistance and Strength Training, Pilates and dance fitness. Whether your goal is to shred or tone and sculpt, you can pick the classes that suit you and train all from the comfort of your own home.
Can’t make the live sessions, all sessions are saved so you can catch up in your own time, wherever you are in the world!
Not only do we have weekly classes but we also run challenges and competitions with great prizes up for grabs to motivate you that bit more but the real prize is how great you will feel and the boost in your confidence.
